myinvyt.com lets you create and share digital invitations and greetings. The service is provided by Investment Group AS.
You are responsible for the content you enter and for having the right to use any images and text you upload. Illegal, offensive or misleading content is not allowed, and we may remove content that breaches this.
If publishing carries a fee, the price is shown clearly before you pay. Publishing is a digital service delivered immediately. By completing payment you consent to delivery starting at once and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal therefore lapses once the invitation is published. The amount is not refunded after publishing, unless otherwise required by mandatory law or due to a technical fault on our side.
The service is provided "as is". We aim for high uptime but cannot guarantee error-free or uninterrupted operation, and are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service. The admin link is your private key to manage and delete the event, and you are responsible for keeping it safe. If you do not provide an email when creating the event, a lost admin link cannot be recovered. We are not responsible for lost, shared or forgotten admin or public links, or for the consequences thereof, including loss of access or content.
Invitations are deleted automatically 7 days after the event date. You can delete at any time via your admin link.
We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
This agreement is governed by Norwegian law, with Øvre Telemark tingrett as the legal venue.
